Aliyah Gordon
Teacher, Philanthropist and Clinical Pharmacist making a difference within our community.
Aliyah is a Lead Specialist Pharmacist in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. She graduated from UCL School of Pharmacy with a First Class Honours in her MPharm Degree. Since then she has completed her post-graduate Diploma (PG Dip GPP) in Clinical Pharmacy and her post-graduate certificate in Prescribing for Clinical Practice (PG Cert IP). Aliyah has experience in specialities such as surgery, outpatient services, acute medicine, paediatrics, ICU and cardiology as well as 12 months in mental health practice before moving into her current specialist role.
Aliyah’s mission is to inspire and encourage young people to reach their full potential regardless of the challenges they may face. She is an academic ambassador and advocate for careers within STEM subjects working with secondary and further education institutions. She participates in career panels, delivers presentations and workshops with students to emphasise employability skills. She also provides mentorship to those wanting to join the healthcare sector.
